Adam Leonard Sphr

Adam Leonard SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 16 years of experience in human resources. Adam is currently the Human Resources Director at the North Central Regional Transit District, a position they have held since November 2020. Prior to this, Adam served as the Director of Human Resources at the Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder from July 2018 to August 2020. Before that, they held the same position at the DoubleTree by Hilton Burlington Vermont from December 2017 to July 2018. Adam's longest tenure was at the Sheraton Burlington Hotel & Conference Center, where they worked as the Director of Human Resources from July 2006 to November 2017. Their career in human resources began as a Human Resources Manager at The Boston Park Plaza Hotel, where they worked from May 2004 to July 2006.

Adam Leonard SPHR, SHRM-SCP earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Boston University in 2004. Adam obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2007 and the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in 2015.
