Katherine P.

Katherine P. is a dedicated educator with a diverse background in bilingual and dual language instruction, currently serving as a 4th Grade Dual Language Teacher and ELL Bilingual Teacher at North Chicago District 187 since August 2019. Previous experience includes roles as a Volunteer Bilingual Teacher at Namaste Charter School, an Educator at Knack Leader, and a Math Teacher at British Royal School Concepcion, where Katherine also acted as Headteacher for 1st grade. Katherine's teaching experience extends to Liahona Pucon School, where responsibilities included teaching English and Social Studies, and to Fundación del Magisterio de la Araucanía, serving as Academic Director and Head Teacher of a multigrade classroom. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Education from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and is pursuing an ESL/Bilingual Endorsement at National Louis University.
