Debra De Graw has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Debra started their career as a freelance writer for Diablo Business Magazine, where they covered local business and human-interest stories. After that, they worked as a Medical Meeting Planner at Surgical Dynamics, managing medical meetings and building relationships with surgeons for workshops.
Following that, Debra served as an Arts Instructor at an after school enrichment program, where they created a curriculum to teach elementary children ceramic arts, arts and crafts, and basic cooking. Debra then moved on to become a Development Officer at Life Chiropractic College West.
Debra's entrepreneurial spirit led their to start their own business, the Bleu Contemporary Fine Art Gallery, where they served as the Owner and Gallery Director. Debra'snext venture was becoming the Chief Executive Officer and County Film Commissioner at the Mendocino Coast Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Center, where they held the position for over 12 years.
Currently, Debra is working as the Director of Marketing at the North Coast Brewing Company, where they have been responsible for leading the marketing efforts. Additionally, they previously held the role of Retail Sales Director at the same company.
Debra De Graw earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the University of La Verne in the years 1980-1984. Debra later pursued a Certificate in Chamber of Commerce Management from the Western Association of Chamber Executives during the years 2003-2006. In addition, they also completed coursework in Meeting and Event Planning at San Jose State Continuing Ed in 1996-1997.
