Megan Pileggi has extensive work experience in the food industry. Megan started their career at Compass Group as an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage in 2006, eventually becoming the Director of Food and Beverage. In 2010, they joined Clover Food Lab as the Director of Human Resources & Development, where they played a vital role in developing the company's culture and overseeing all aspects of HR. In 2019, they joined Whole Heart Provisions as the VP of Innovation and Business Development, contributing to the growth of the plant-based food start-up.
