Dr. Akmal Atmar

Dr. Akmal Atmar is an experienced Foot & Ankle Surgeon currently affiliated with Paradise Valley Hospital and Barefeet Podiatry, Inc. since January 2018 and November 2017, respectively. Dr. Atmar has also held affiliations with North Coast Surgery Center LLC and various medical facilities, including Hillside Surgicare, Flushing Medical Center, and St. John's Episcopal Hospital, between 2014 and 2016. Prior training includes completing a Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency at New York Methodist Hospital from July 2011 to June 2013 and a residency at St. John's Episcopal Hospital from July 2013 to June 2014. Dr. Atmar earned a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2011 and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Austin Peay State University in 2005.
