Bernie Adams

Bernie Adams currently serves as the Chief Quality Officer at North Country Healthcare, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Bernie founded and led Process Pro, LLC as CEO from October 2017 to October 2022, focusing on driving reliability and consistency in business processes. Bernie has held various leadership positions in healthcare and service management, including Director of Process Improvement Education at McLaren Health Care and Director of Performance Improvement at McLaren Greater Lansing. Bernie’s earlier experience includes roles at Pratt & Whitney, Sparrow Health System, BioPort Corporation, and OpExAllegence/Cardinal Health. Bernie holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Alma College.
