Michelle Gonzalez

Michelle Gonzalez has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Michelle is currently serving as the President & CEO of TrueCare | Health Inside. Welcome In. Michelle has held key leadership positions at North County Health Services (NCHS), including Chief Strategy & Development Officer and VP of Strategic Initiatives. During their time at NCHS, they played a pivotal role in business expansion, successfully launching new health centers and expanding existing operations. Michelle also implemented initiatives to improve project management and enhance organizational advocacy. Michelle has a track record of driving positive outcomes, such as increased staff retention, improved employee engagement, and higher patient satisfaction. Michelle has also provided oversight of dental operations and led efforts to streamline appointments and registration processes.

Michelle Gonzalez has a Master of Public Administration with a Special Emphasis in Organizational Leadership from National University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Communications at California State University San Marcos from 1998 to 2003. More recently, in 2019, Michelle pursued a Lean Six Sigma LSS Green Belt at Lean Six Sigma in San Diego, CA. Additionally, in 2014, they participated in the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School's San Diego Chapter.
