Gina Brown

Gina Brown has extensive work experience, starting in 2005 at Citi as a Relationship Associate - Lending Assistant. Gina then joined FirstCapital Bank of Texas in 2007 and held various positions such as Executive Lending Assistant, Compliance Specialist, and Vice President & Compliance Officer. In 2014, they moved to North Dallas Bank & Trust Co., where they have held roles including Assistant Vice President & Compliance Audit/CRA Officer, Senior Vice President & Compliance/CRA Officer, Senior Vice President & Enterprise Risk Manager, and currently Executive Vice President & Enterprise Risk Manager.

Gina Brown has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from The University of Texas Permian Basin, which they obtained in 2011. Before that, they completed an Associate of Science degree from Midland College in 2005. In addition to their formal education, Gina obtained a certification as a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) from the American Bankers Association in April 2013.
