Lucy Cox

Lucy Cox is an experienced professional in strategy and workforce transformation, currently serving as Principal at North Highland since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Warner Bros. Discovery and WarnerMedia, focusing on international HR strategy, people solutions, and organizational effectiveness. Lucy has also held leadership positions at Warner Bros. Entertainment Group, where responsibilities encompassed talent development and change management across Europe. Additional roles include consultancy positions at Ketchum Change and Burnham Business Psychology, as well as an assistant occupational psychologist at Sainsbury's Supermarkets. Lucy holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from London Metropolitan University and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Newcastle.
