Mikayla McNeill

Mikayla McNeill is a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant with experience in both private home care and assisted living environments. Currently employed at ADVANTAGE NURSING CARE and North Hill Needham Inc., Mikayla provides compassionate support for activities of daily living and fosters a positive atmosphere for residents. Previous experience as a YMCA camp counselor involved teaching outdoor skills to young children, enhancing their self-reliance and confidence. Mikayla holds a Bachelor's degree in Biobehavioral Health from Penn State University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing at Boston College.
