Jennifer Wright

Jennifer Wright is currently serving as the Business and Workforce Solutions Customized Training Coordinator at North Iowa Area Community College since August 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various positions at MercyOne from February 2020 to August 2023, including Talent Acquisition Partner, where responsibilities included reviewing job requisitions and calculating wages for candidates, and serving as a member of the First Impressions Group to enhance candidate experiences. As a Human Resources Specialist, Jennifer managed the Education Assistance program and oversaw the onboarding process for contracted staff and vendors to ensure compliance. Earlier in Jennifer's career, a role as Client Services Team Lead involved ordering and receiving lab specimens and addressing lab billing issues. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Iowa.
