Darren Johnson

Darren Johnson is an experienced educator and creative professional, currently serving as an Adult Education Teacher with North Lincolnshire Council since February 2016, focusing on Employability, Functional Skills English, ICT, and Media. Previously, Darren worked as a Script Writer for Digital Film Production, where engaging scripts for social marketing were crafted. As Lead Tutor and PR for Cascade Foundation Charity, innovative multi-sensory teaching methods were applied to support vulnerable individuals in custody. Additionally, Darren held the role of Development Officer at Communities Advice Centre and tutored Functional Skills English, ICT, and Media at Keys 7KS Ltd, where creative media initiatives were introduced. Early career experience includes serving as a Lead Creative Scriptwriter at LBV TV, producing social marketing content. Darren holds a BA Dual (Hons) in English and History from the University of Lincoln.
