Mark Kitching

Mark Kitching is the Chief Finance Officer at North Lincolnshire Council since April 1996. Prior to this, Mark held various roles at Glanford Borough Council from 1989 to 1996. Mark has a degree in Chemistry & Physics from Nottingham Trent University and completed their education at North Axholme Comprehensive. Mark's extensive experience in financial management and accounting roles make him a valuable asset to the organizations Mark works for.
