Rachael Holt

Rachael Holt has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Advisory Officer at North Lincolnshire Council since April 2014, following a secondment. Prior to this role, Rachael worked as a Human Resources Advisory Assistant and an Apprentice Human Resources Assistant. Rachael began their career at Costcutter as a Sales Assistant from September 2007 to April 2014 and gained initial experience in customer service as a Ticket Office Assistant at Scunthorpe United Football Club from July 2006 to April 2008. Rachael Holt earned a 2:1 Bachelor's degree in Children's Inter-professional Studies from The University of Hull between 2009 and 2012.
