Victor V. is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in managing IT operations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Information Technology Operations Manager at North LA County Regional Center since December 2020, Victor V. oversees IT functions including Helpdesk, Infrastructure, Security, and Software Development, while driving digital transformation initiatives.
