Faith Zwirchitz

Faith Zwirchitz has extensive experience in healthcare leadership roles. Faith currently works as the System Director of Patient Care for Women & Children's Services at North Memorial Health, where they are responsible for leading teams at the Family Birth Center and NICU. Faith is dedicated to achieving excellence in patient outcomes, experience, and team member engagement. Before joining North Memorial Health, Faith served as the Director of Women & Children's Services and Director of Nursing & Professional Practice at Maple Grove Hospital from 2013 to 2023.

Faith Zwirchitz holds a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Bethel University. Faith also obtained a Master's Degree in Nursing Education & Healthcare Leadership from the same university.
