Bruce Hudson

Bruce Hudson, AVP of Operations, is responsible for leveraging North Mill’s technology to increase organizational productivity and enrich the experience for the company’s large base of referral agents and customers. Bruce joined North Mill through the company’s acquisition of Aztec Financial. A veteran of Aztec for more than 17 years, he held a variety of positions at the company. Most recently, he implemented programs and procedures to increase sales, reduce losses and expenses, and improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Additionally, Bruce helped to build reporting dashboards and software for sales, operations, and accounting. He attended the University of Utah and resides in Salt Lake City, Utah.
