Paul Starkey

Paul Starkey is an experienced professional in adult learning and education management, currently serving as the Adult Learning Service Manager at North Northamptonshire Council since June 2022. Previously, Paul held various roles at Coventry College from 2009 to June 2022, including Director of Service and Creative Industries, Head of Faculty, and Programme Manager, where significant contributions were made to curriculum management and performance improvement, resulting in a Grade 1 self-assessment achievement.
