Jorge Collado

Jorge Collado is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and system administration. Currently serving as an IT Support Technician at North Of Boston Media Group since March 2019, Jorge specializes in supporting, installing, and maintaining PC and Mac hardware as well as managing communication infrastructure, including active directory and VPN systems. Previous roles encompass a range of IT support positions, including Information & System Support Specialist at Lawrence General Hospital and Dell IT Field Technician at Unisys, where Jorge developed troubleshooting skills and provided support to end users.
