Haeefa al Malki

Haeefa Al Malki has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Haeefa began their career at Dolphin Energy in 2010, where they served as a Development Officer for over four years. In 2014, they joined Vodafone as a Qatarization Manager, responsible for promoting and implementing Qatarization initiatives within the company. Haeefa then moved on to Maersk Oil in 2016, where they worked as a Qatarization Partner for a year. In 2017, they joined North Oil Company Qatar as a Human Resources Business Partner and gradually progressed to the role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner. As of 2023, they are currently serving as the Acting Head of HR Business Partnering at North Oil Company Qatar.

Haeefa Al Malki holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business, which they obtained from Coventry University in 2013. Haeefa also holds a Business Administration Diploma from the College of the North Atlantic - Qatar. In addition, Haeefa completed a Pre-Medical Program at Weill Cornell Medicine - Qatar. Furthermore, they have an additional certification, CIPD L5, from CIPD Qualifications.
