McIpd Sabda Firman Jusuf

Sabda Firman Jusuf, MCIPD has a comprehensive work experience spanning over 20 years. Sabda Firman began their career at TotalEnergies, where they held various positions including HR Projects Manager, Head of HR Methods & Studies, and Coordinator for Transition of Mahakam Operatorship Project. In these roles, they were responsible for HR studies and campaigns, manpower planning, organizational development, HR policies, compensation and benefits, performance management, budgeting, and HR information systems. Sabda Firman successfully led a team of HR specialists and coordinated the transition of a major project. Prior to their time at TotalEnergies, Sabda was also involved in personnel administration, training and development, and represented the HR function in a HRIS optimization project. Currently, they work as an HR System & Planning Senior Analyst at North Oil Company Qatar.

Sabda Firman Jusuf, MCIPD, has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Indonesia. Sabda Firman attended the university from 1991 to 1997. Before their university education, Sabda Firman Jusuf completed their secondary education at SMA 6 Jakarta.

In addition to their academic background, Sabda Firman Jusuf has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include HR Manager from the Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi, obtained in December 2020, APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) from the Association for Project Management, obtained in April 2019, Chartered Member CIPD from the CIPD, obtained in July 2018, and Assesor HR Competency from the Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi, obtained in December 2016.
