Mohammed Bader Aldafa has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Mohammed started their career in 2000 at C&O Resources Inc, where they worked in International Trade and Development until 2003. After that, they joined Qatar Gas Operating Company as a Commercial and Shipping employee, a role they held until 2008. Mohammed then moved to Shell, where they served as a Product Manager from 2006 to 2012. Following that, Aldafa joined Qatar Petroleum in 2012 as an Asset Manager until 2014. Mohammed then shifted to A.P. Moller - Maersk as a Cost Transformation and Liaison Manager from 2014 to 2015. Finally, they joined North Oil Company Qatar in 2017 as the Head of Materials Management, where they are currently leading a team of 12 people and focusing on fixing inventory issues, controlling inventory value, and optimizing inventory.
Mohammed Bader Aldafa began their education in 1994 at The American University of Paris, where they studied for a period of four years until 1998. Following this, they pursued further education at The George Washington University from 1998 to 2001. However, no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for either institution.
