Rajeshkannan Navanithan

Rajeshkannan Navanithan has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Rajeshkannan began their career in 2007 as an Instrumentation Engineer at Ramboll Oil & Gas, where they held various roles until 2009. Rajeshkannan then joined Maersk Oil as an Instrument Maintenance Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Engineer. In 2017, Rajeshkannan joined North Oil Company Qatar as a Maintenance Coordinator (C&I) and was later promoted to Lead Engineer - Instrumentation, Field Operation. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Electrical & Instrumentation, Field Operations at North Oil Company Qatar.

Rajeshkannan Navanithan has a diverse education history. In 1999 to 2003, they earned their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Communication from Madurai Kamaraj University. From 2013 to 2018, they pursued a Post Graduate Certificate in Applied Instrumentation & Control Systems from Glasgow Caledonian University.

In 2018, Rajeshkannan attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, where they obtained a certification in Financial Analysis of Business. Furthermore, in 2019, they attended the Harvard Business School and completed a program specifically focused on Negotiation Analysis and Decision Making.

Rajeshkannan also has additional certifications, including a Management Essentials certification they obtained from Harvard Business School Online in August 2020. Additionally, in August 2019, Rajeshkannan obtained a certification in Negotiation and Decision Making from Harvard Business School.
