Shane Watson

Shane Watson has a diverse and extensive work experience in the engineering field. Shane started their career in 1996 as a Principal Process Engineer at CB&I UK Limited, where they worked until 2010. In 2010, they joined Maersk Oil as a Senior Process Engineer and later became the Head of Conceptual Engineering. Shane also held the position of Head of Process & Technical Safety, where they were responsible for managing process engineering and technical safety disciplines. In 2017, they joined North Oil Company Qatar as a Lead Process Engineer and eventually became the Head of Conceptual Engineering. Throughout their career, Shane has demonstrated expertise in process engineering and has been responsible for ensuring the quality and competency of process engineering activities and deliverables.

Shane Watson attended Worthing Sixth Form College from 1989 to 1991. Shane did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study during their time there. After that, they pursued higher education at Imperial College London from 1991 to 1996. At Imperial College, they obtained an MEng degree in Chemical Engineering.
