Justin Chisholm

Justin Chisholm, MBA, currently serves as the Managed Care Solutions Program Manager for Montgomery County, PA, since December 2019, overseeing the implementation of HealthChoices and managed care initiatives. Justin has a robust background in health and wellness, working as a part-time Wellness Coach at North Penn YMCA since March 2015, where assistance is provided to members in achieving healthier lifestyles.
