Jason Thoo is an Investment Banking Analyst at North Ridge Partners, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and equity raises for tech and tech-adjacent companies in the APAC region since July 2023. Jason's experience includes roles as an Equity Research Intern at UOB Kay Hian and Vice President at SUSS Investment Group, where Jason taught new analysts and ensured the preparation of reports and models. Jason has also worked as an M&A Analyst intern at Oakwood & Drehem Capital Pte. Ltd., engaging in live deal experiences. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Singapore University of Social Sciences and a Diploma in Business Administration from Singapore Polytechnic, complemented by an advocacy role in mental health awareness during the tenure at SUSS Our Well-being Listeners.
