Dishan Peiris has a strong background in procurement and warehousing, with experience in various leadership positions. Dishan Peiris is currently working as the Head of Procurement and Warehousing at North Sails since 2022. Prior to this, they were the Head of Procurement and Shipping at Atlas Axillia from 2019 to 2022. Dishan also served as the Procurement Manager at Fonterra from 2017 to 2019, where they were responsible for supplier identification, development projects, and implementing productivity projects. Dishan Peiris has also held the position of Procurement Manager at North Sails from 2016 to 2017, where they oversaw procurement procedures, supplier relations, and inventory control. Dishan's earlier experience includes roles as Lead (Ast Manager)- Operational Procurement and Sourcing at GPV from 2015 to 2016, Commodity Buyer at GPV from 2013 to 2015, and MRO Planner at GPV from 2010 to 2013. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and achieved exceptional results in process management and cost reduction.

Dishan Peiris has a diverse educational background. In 2007, they obtained their High School Diploma from Glendale High School. Dishan Peiris then attended Pasadena City College, where they studied Political Science and Government until an unknown end year. In 2013, Dishan enrolled at Northumbria University and completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Management in 2015. During the same period, from 2013 to 2014, they also pursued a Graduate Diploma in Management at BMS Sri Lanka, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. Dishan has also obtained various certifications, including being a Certified Supply Chain Manager from the ISCEA in the USA in June 2022. Dishan Peiris also holds a Project Management Qualified (PMQ) certification from the Management and Strategy Institute, obtained in April 2013. Additionally, Dishan is a Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified (SSYBC™) from the same institute, achieved in March 2013. Dishan Peiris has further certifications as an ISO 14001 Internal Auditor, ISO 18001 Internal Auditor, and ISO 9001 Internal Auditor from DNV GL, although the specific months and years of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
