Erica Hughes

Erica Hughes is a seasoned community engagement manager at North Shore Bank, where since April 2017, a focus on building relationships and developing strategies to meet the needs of local businesses and the community has been paramount. Prior to this role, Erica served as a sales and service manager at U.S. Bank from August 2014 to August 2017 and held the position of bank manager at Guaranty Bank FSB from 2010 to 2014. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Grand Canyon University and has additional education from the University of Phoenix.
