Allen Smith

Allen Smith has been working in the non-profit sector for over 10 years. Allen started their career as an Executive Director at Kitsilano Neighbourhood House, where they worked for 5 years. Allen then moved on to Gordon Neighbourhood House, where they worked for 3 years. Most recently, they have been working as the Executive Director at Arbutus Neighbourhood House for the past 2 years.

Allen is a passionate and dedicated leader who is committed to making a difference in their community. Allen is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, and is able to work effectively and collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and community partners to achieve the organization's mission and goals.

Allen Smith has a Bachelor of Ministry from Laidlaw College, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business and Administration from Massey University, and a Master of Management from Massey University. Allen also has a Professional Certificate in Executive Leadership from City University of Seattle.
