Bonita Martinson has over two decades of experience in various leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Bonita started as the Director of Community Services at Laura Baker Services Association in 2000 and worked their way up to roles such as Referral Manager at Extendicare Health Services, Director of Marketing and Admissions at Augustana Care, and Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at Essential Decisions Inc. Their most recent role was as Director of Market Development at North Shore Healthcare, LLC. Bonita's expertise lies in marketing, sales, admissions, and developing strategies to meet and exceed occupancy and revenue goals in various healthcare organizations.

Bonita Martinson earned their Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 1994. Bonita is also a Licensed Social Worker.
