Karen Garner

Karen Garner is an experienced professional in the field of education marketing and communications, currently serving as the Education Marketing Manager at North Star Marketing since June 2023. Garner has a strong background in advancing marketing and enrollment strategies for educational institutions, having held key positions such as Advancement Administrator at Lighthouse Christian School and Director of Admissions & Communications at both Lakeway Christian Schools and The Master's Academy. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Communications at the Christian Academy of Knoxville and Director of Basketball Relations at the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame. Garner began a career in journalism as a Sports Writer for the New Haven Register after earning a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Spanish from Southern Connecticut State University.
