Jo Ann Hudson

Jo Ann Hudson has extensive experience in the healthcare billing and claims processing field, currently serving as a Billing Specialist and Medicare Specialist at North Texas Medical Center since August 1998, where responsibilities include billing and follow-up on all Medicare claims. Prior to this role, Jo Ann worked at CIGNA Healthcare from June 1991 to August 1998 as a claims processor and in provider customer service. Jo Ann's career began at Garland Credit Union, where Jo Ann served as a Teller Supervisor from September 1987 to January 1991. Jo Ann is an alumnus of North Central Texas College, having received a degree from Cooke County College.
