Carla Flores

Carla Flores has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as a School Principal at Irving ISD since July 2020, with previous roles including Elementary Assistant Principal and Middle School Administrative Liaison. Carla has also worked as a Bilingual Teacher and as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Dragon Spirits Marketing since March 2021. Additionally, Carla has been involved with the North Texas Soccer Association as a soccer referee since January 2020 and has served as an SAT/ACT proctor within an Independent School District from August 2017 to January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Principal and Teacher at Hurst-Euless-Bedford I.S.D. from July 2012 to June 2020, and as a Teacher at Arlington ISD from July 2000 to July 2012. Carla holds a Bachelor's degree in Multidisciplinary Studies from Texas Tech University and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of North Texas.
