Frank Velez III

Frank Velez III, PMP, has extensive experience in program and project management, currently serving as Program Manager and Senior Project Manager at North Texas Tollway Authority since February 2017. Prior roles include Assistant Vice President and Senior Financial Analyst at Comerica Bank, and Vice President at JPMorgan Chase, where writing financial strategies and managing significant projects were key responsibilities. Frank began a career in finance as a Financial Analyst at Merrill Lynch and Prudential Securities, and started in the Management Associate Program at Bank of America. In addition to a strong financial background, Frank was a Forward/Striker for the Dallas Rockets Professional Soccer Team, participating in various international competitions. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Tulsa.
