Paul J. is an experienced Lead Academy Coach with a diverse background in coaching and sports education. With a UEFA A license and various other certifications, Paul has worked with multiple football clubs in different coaching capacities, including as an assistant manager and strength and conditioning coach. Currently, Paul is leading the u16's at Northampton Town Football Club and also serving as a Lead P.E and Sports Coach at All Star Sports.
