Christina Yates has a diverse background in customer experience and engagement, currently serving as Manager, Customer Experience & VoC at Northbridge Financial Corporation since October 2021, after previously holding roles such as Customer Experience & Innovation Specialist and Customer Experience Associate. Prior to Northbridge, Christina gained experience as an Account Coordinator at PRAXIS and worked in various capacities at Copper Creek and ClubLink, where responsibilities included customer service supervision and banquet services.
