Ashley Devereux

Ashley Devereux is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in onboarding and partnerships in the education and social integration sectors. Currently serving as a Partnerships Consultant and previously in two Onboarding Manager roles at Northcoders since May 2021, Ashley has played a key role in enhancing the Skills Bootcamp and Apprenticeship programs. Prior to this, Ashley worked as a Sales Associate at The Challenge, where involvement in promoting the NCS programme included engaging with students, teaching staff, and parents. Ashley also volunteered as a Mentor with City Year UK, supporting pupils in economically deprived areas, and completed a two-week internship at SKV Communications, gaining valuable insights into public relations. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
