Jeff Slemmer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the mental health and addiction treatment industry. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Integrity Together LLC since May 2024, Jeff has leveraged previous expertise as the Director of Quality & Training at We Level Up, where a pioneering role involved overseeing operations across multiple facilities and managing a substantial staff. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Alumni at Ark Behavioral Health, where Jeff played a crucial role in expanding treatment facilities and developing a call center that connected patients with providers nationwide. Earlier in the career, Jeff demonstrated strong sales and team management skills as District Sales Manager at Direct Energy, launching a successful solar campaign in New England.
