Ccuf Gabrielle Gonthier

Gabrielle Gonthier currently works at Northeast Credit Union as a Support Operations Analyst since July 2020. Prior to this, Gabrielle worked at TD from May 2007 to January 2020 in various roles, including Ops Risk and Quality Assurance. Gabrielle has a BA in Communication from Keene State College (2009). In their roles, Gabrielle has handled confidential documents, maintained privacy, built relationships with Lines of Business, collaborated with teammates in different states, managed time effectively, prioritized tasks, and used technology to increase efficiency. Gabrielle has facilitated a Special Olympics Fundraiser, been a member of the Pulse Action Committee, and conducted audits of Do Not Call Licenses. Gabrielle has also assisted Team Leads with workflow and ensured work completion within SLAs.
