Katrina Wiegand, CTRS, CPRP, QIDP, has extensive experience in collaborative services and program facilitation for individuals with disabilities. Currently serving as the Manager of Collaborative Services at Northwest Special Recreation Association since June 2008, Katrina has held multiple roles including Inclusion Coordinator and Program Specialist. Responsibilities include developing and implementing behavior modification plans, assisting participants with personal care, and organizing programs to achieve specific goals. Katrina also works as a Respite Worker at the Center for Independent Living, where duties involve scheduling activities and designing individualized goals. Prior experience includes teaching ballet at Upper Room Dance Studio. Katrina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Chicago State University and an Associate of Arts in Special Education from Harper College.
