Kathy Ruane

Kathy Ruane is a seasoned payroll professional with extensive experience in payroll management and office administration. Currently serving as the Director of Payroll Services at MyCIL since June 2022, Kathy previously held the position of Payroll Manager at MyCIL/ACES$ FMS from April 2016 to August 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Payroll Specialist at the Center for Independent Living from April 2015 to April 2016 and serving as an Office Manager at Metz & Associates, LTD, from January 2008 to April 2015. Kathy's career began at Mercy Hospital of Scranton, where Kathy worked as the Office Manager for Food & Nutrition Services from 1980 to 2008.
