Jason Wechsler

Jason Wechsler is an experienced broadcaster and recruiter with a diverse professional background. Currently serving as a broadcaster at Northeast Sports Network since September 2017, Jason provides play-by-play commentary for various sports including football, soccer, and basketball. As a baseball communications consultant for the Syracuse Salt Cats Baseball Organization, responsibilities include candidate recruitment, social media management, and fostering sponsorship opportunities. Previously, Jason worked as a senior recruiter at Sevenstep, alongside roles at CVS Health, EyeClick, and Mediacom Communications, where expertise in technical support and recruitment was developed. Jason's early career included positions as a sports broadcaster at ESPN Radio 1013 and as a disk jockey at VOX AM/FM, with foundational experience at WVOX 1460 AM Radio. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Television-Radio from Ithaca College.
