Toby Nelson

Toby Nelson is a seasoned professional in communication and media, currently serving as the Director of External Affairs at Foxcroft Academy since July 2016. In addition to this role, Toby is actively involved in sports broadcasting as a Basketball Play By Play commentator for Northeast Sports Network and as a Sports Play By Play commentator for Maine Public Broadcasting Network, both roles dating back to February 2016 and February 2008, respectively. Toby has also contributed to academia as Adjunct Faculty at Husson University from January 2001 to August 2018 and led operations as Business Manager/Sports Director at The Zone Corporation from July 2000 to June 2016. Toby holds a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Southern New Hampshire University, earned between 2020 and 2023, and a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Husson University, complemented by education from the New England School of Communications.
