Edsel Cadet currently serves as a Pastor for the Northeastern Conference of Seventh-Day Adventist since September 2013. Prior professional experience includes roles as an in-patient therapist at Worcester Recovery Center and Hospital, working with adolescents facing severe mental health challenges, and as an outpatient therapist with Advocates. Edsel has also held the position of Family Support Specialist at Cambridge Family & Children's Service and worked as a Student Support Mental Health Clinician at Boston Day and Evening Academy. Additionally, Edsel served as a Congressional Liaison for the sixth congressional district of New York, assisting constituents with veteran affairs, social security, and housing. Edsel has an extensive educational background with a Clinical Doctorate of Psychology and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from William James College, a Master of Divinity from Andrews University, and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Stony Brook University.
