Lisa Sinclair

Lisa Sinclair has extensive experience in legal affairs within the academic sector, serving as Vice President of Legal Affairs and Deputy General Counsel at Northeastern University since June 2015. Previously, Lisa held various roles at Northeastern University between 1998 and 2015, including Associate Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Associate University Counsel, and Senior Assistant University Counsel. Lisa Sinclair earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA), cum laude, from Mount Holyoke College.
