Teresa Evangelista is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in retail banking and branch management. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Retail Banking at Northern Bank since September 2018, Teresa initially joined as Vice President of Retail Administration and has successfully managed 12 retail branches, ensuring high-quality performance and exceptional customer service. Before Northern Bank, Teresa held the position of Vice President and Branch Manager at Beverly Bank from 2016 to 2018, where outstanding sales goals were exceeded, achieving significant growth in deposits and loans. Teresa's banking career began at Eastern Bank in 2001, progressing through various managerial roles including Vice President/Branch Manager, with a focus on sales, service, operations, and human resources in a large retail banking environment. Teresa holds a high school diploma from Somerville High School.
