Kevin Daniels

Kevin Daniels is an experienced construction professional with over 30 years in the industry, currently serving as a Superintendent at Northern Builders, Inc. since February 2019. Prior to this role, Kevin held the same title at Gilbane Building Company and James McHugh Construction Co., overseeing numerous large-scale projects, including hotel renovations, the O'Hare terminal 2 renovation, and substantial residential developments, ranging in value from $1 million to $180 million. Kevin began their career as a union carpenter and later transitioned to a Construction Manager position at Bovis, where capital improvements for Chicago Public Schools were managed.
