Chelsea McNealy

Chelsea McNealy, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Analyst II at NCPA since June 2017. In this role, Chelsea processes pre and post-employment activities, assists with open enrollment communications, and manages enrollment in benefit and HRIS systems. Previously, Chelsea worked as a Human Resources Technician/Training Coordinator, focusing on new hire orientations and benefit inquiries.
