Nicky Knightley

Nicky Knightley is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Northern Gas Networks since October 2022, Nicky previously held similar positions at NHS Digital and worked as a Business and Operational Delivery Administrator. Nicky’s early career included managing reception at Aire Valley Surgery, overseeing operations for 14,000 patients, and providing administrative support to Commercial Managers at the Ministry of Justice UK. Nicky began a career at Lloyds Banking Group as a Resource Manager, contributing significantly from January 2002 to November 2013. Nicky holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Leeds, completed between 2013 and 2017.
