Matt Retzer

Matt Retzer is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in digital strategy, design, and development. As a partner at Northern Ground since August 2012, Matt contributes to complex projects across web, mobile, and social channels for large clients. Previously, in the role of Lead Technology Architect at Layer One Media, Inc. from April 2009 to September 2012, Matt designed and implemented technical solutions for prominent clients such as GE Healthcare and Kohler Company. At Baytree National Bank & Trust from April 2004 to March 2009, Matt served as Director of Software Application Development, overseeing software architecture and management. Additionally, as Founder and Vice-President of SPLAM! Corporation from 1998 to 2004, Matt led projects for various notable organizations including the Milwaukee Public Museum and Northwestern Mutual.
